Highland pawn. If you are a walther collector they have a really nice factory engrave the one in a presentation box unfired

Looks like DOM is 1987, second year of production.

FYI, if you hit "Instruction Manuals" on the Ruger site, it will take you to "Instruction Manuals & Product History", and they have year of production info by serial number for their guns.
If only Colt & S&W would do the same.
