Update: So yesterday I got a time/price quote from Dave's Metalworks for some refinish work, decided to drop it off that evening since I'll probably be too busy to shoot anyway for the rest of the year. Went in wanting FSC, ball cut and a refinish done.

After talking with Dave (a good guy with a wealth of information), things did get out of hand. He tried the stock trigger pull and we both agreed it needed to go. He recommended a C&S hammer and sear kit, as well as a new ambi safety, which I agreed with. He also offered to blend the old S&A magwell I had thrown in there at a very compelling price, so I went with that too.

Now the countdown to 4 weeks begins.

Did you opt for the wide ambi safety? Post pics when she's dun.

      Kmai24 - disregard. I wasn't really asking a question.

I believe the paddles are the standard width, he showed me his personal gun that had them and I liked the feel and the way he fit them.

        Pictures will definitely be incoming!
