    G43 vs G26 ( Gen4)

So here it is. Lol. You can buy whatever You want , carry whatever You want , buy and use any magazines and any ammo You want. You also live in mild/warm climate. Would You buy and CARRY a G43 or Gen4 G26? Also , what is a going price for a LNIB Gen4 G26? ( price to sell)

I'd agree with the 26. Why? Because your spare mag can be a 17 round (or whatever) Glock 17/34 magazine. Since magazines are much easier to conceal (they are a rectangle, right?!) a 17 round double stack mag is as easy to conceal as a 10 round short stubby G26 10 round mag. With the 43, you don't have that option or reloading your 6 (or 7 or whatever) shot magazine with a bigger stick. So 10+1 + 17 rounds seems better than 6+1, + 6

Forget about stopping power. If you can't hit it, you can't stop it.

Could not have said it better myself, or am I printing?

Just simply ask yourself, which one would you grab if you were going into a fight.

I'd rather have a slightly thicker gun and 40% more rounds with which to defend myself.

+1 Wonder if you'd asked the same question before San Bernardino and Paris if the answers would be different?
              I know it's made me re-evaluate.

Thanks everyone. Good case for 26. Which makes me want to sell my 26 and just get another 19.

                    19 is usually the answer...

43, because carrying a gun around gets old, as well as heavy real quick.

Besides the ammo capacity, I like the fatter grip on the 26 for my hands, it just feels more natural. However that also makes it why people like the 43 slim profile better. Like FUBAR said which one would you grab if you were going into a fight.

I went from a g17 to a g26 to a g43 and back again to the glock 17 for daily carry, go figure.
