I have a Wilson Combat CQB Elite and it is worth every penny. The fit and finish is awesome. Then again I am no 1911 expert but I know that WC will hold its value probably the best among the top 4 semi-customs. You really can't go wrong with any on your list. -
Of those, Wilson CQBCompetition is where you find out you're slow, can't see well, are not accurate, have poor gun handling, can't visualize, have equipment that doesn't work and either accept it OR DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

Get a Wilson! You will not regret it. I can find in stock Nighthawks at a few dealers, but finding a In stock Wilson, is like winning the triple crown.sigpic

CQB for the win. Wilson Combat has been the leader in the 1911 world for 20+ years now (IIRC)
The CQB was my dream gun for 20 years until I broke down and bought one.
And the moment I took possession, all of my other 1911's became second best.
It is, IMHO, the finest 1911 out there.sigpicNRA Benefactor MemberComment

Depends on what you want. I went through the same dilemma myself, ended up with a Nighthawk T3.
They have fundamentally different philosophies. Nighthawk Custom has each smith build one complete gun from the ground up; one gun, one smith. You can find the smith's initials stamped into the frame under the grips. Wilson Combat has multiple specialists working on different aspects of the gun; they have specialists who have been trained by legends on just the triggers, for example.
Both are fine brands. Go with what tickles your pickle.Comment
