Hi All,

My son has decided to move back to Kali from a free state, Idaho. Any off roster or desirable pieces he should buy before he comes back? What can't he bring in beside hi cap mags? PAX

He should buy it all!!!! Seriously. The roster is very limited so if it's not on it and he wants it he should buy it. Either way no high cap mags. Most guns can be made California legal. Glocks and CZ's are pretty hot now.

Sigs all the off roster sigs he can affored, ruger MK pistols and maybe a gray glock or two.

If he wants profit, he can buy all kinds of stuff and flip in in occupied prk when he gets back. Sad, but it is now reality.

Gen 4 glocks command a high premium, as well as smith and wesson m&ps and shield non ca versions.

Make sure any rifles, pistols, or shotguns are configured legally for ca's assault weapon ban. No threaded barrels on pistols. mag lock on ar pistols.

That is not always true. AR pistols have threaded barrels..... Scorpions... And AK pistols. The key is that if it has a threaded barrel, it has a fixed magazine.

4-500 for a python or 1k+ for a sig MPX....

But of course he would be buying for his personal collection and not specifically for resale...

Where are you seeing that. I live out in Utah and travel to New Mexico, Idaho, Denver, & Montana for work. I visit a lot of different gun stores when in those states and Pythons are not cheaper.

I'd say grab a Legion, MPX, or CZ Evo Scorpion if he wants to make a quick $500+. If $400 will do then he should bring in a G43.

If he gets sick of those, and sells them all once he moves here, he'll probably make out with atleast 1 month's mortgage
