My family lives in Texas and I'd like to purchase a Ria 9mm 1911 through them to be ffled to me

You could buy an on roster RIA in 38 Super, and just buy a 9mm barrel and mags to convert it to 9mm.

Ramp is wrong and could cause problems, but maybe not. The breach face is wrong, so you need a proper slide. The extractor needs adjustment, and the ejector needs replacement with the proper ejector. If you want a 9mm RIA, you are better starting with a 38 super.

38 super is fine. Bullet and case head are the same(basically), so the ramp and breach face/ejector/extractor will all work. A 9mm barrel will need to be fitted, and 9mm mags.

Just buy a Springfield loaded 1911 9mm and be done with it. No one goes to jail, no need to buy a bunch of conversion parts, and you get a better pistol.
