    The drama continues.
I ordered in September, 2015 and finally disputed the charge with my CC in November after getting unfilled promises from HM.

As soon as I disputed the charge with my CC, HM sent me a business check for the amount and my CC credited my account for the same amount.
I sent about 20 messages to my CC that HM sent me a check that cleared no problem, but my CC never recharged my account.
At this point it has been a profitable experience.

If HM gets it together I am not apposed to placing additional orders.

      26 bags of 9mm or 1300rds
      3 bags of .45ACP - 150rds
      12 bags of .308 - 600rds

I was told this partial shipment was only going to have .45 & .308 because they don't have 9mm or .380 brass. I was really hoping for 45 & 308 because I'm fresh out of both. Oh well, better than nothing.

I ordered all new brass, 9mm was supposed to be Hornady 124gr XTP HP, .45ACP was a mixture of 230gr XTP and FMJ, .308 was supposed to be 140gr soft point. I'm pretty sure they got all of that wrong.

If this is new brass, it's the dirtiest I've ever seen.

First three rounds of 9mm I pulled out had different head stamps. I don't have a micrometer here, but I'm pretty sure the dark colored round has a wider case than the other two.

You can't really tell from the pic, but every some of the bullets are seated further into the cases than others. I think I may be able to avoid disaster by discarding the ones that look like crap.

I went to look at Hi-Points yesterday, but I just couldn't bring myself to pay $200 OTD for a POS Hi-Point, but since I got 9mm, I suppose I'm going to pump it through a shield and CZ-75.

Will update with pics of whichever gun blows up first.

my co worker order 2000rds of new 9mm and to day has only got 300rd. The brass has dings and scratches all over it and it seems that the charge seems to be a diff from from bullet to bullet

So far so good. I just bought this gun so it's never been fired until now. Shots print low, that's the gun, not the ammo.

I'm 150 rounds in, not one problem yet. I brought 300 rounds with me. If all goes well, I'll put it through a P938 tomorrow.

Edit: At 220 rounds, my finger gave up. New mags have super stiff springs and this mag has sharp edges, I'm too much of a wuss to continue.

Don't judge a book by it's cover, this ammo has been pretty good so far. I'll do 200 rounds of 9mm through a P938 tomorrow, then I guess I'll send some .308 down range with a FAL on Sunday.

Side review: Polymer EAA Witness has noticeably more recoil than CZ-75, mags are NOT interchangeable, and the front sight post looks proprietary.

I had a similar experience. Placed order in 2015, those idiots would barely reply to my emails, ended up filing a chargeback dispute before the 6 month mark. And then they send me my order, sort of, except it was shy a couple hundred rounds and purely remanufactured instead of new. So now I have all these remans I got for free. Are they decent? I was thinking of just pawning them off for profit instead.

Shortly after the above post, my CC recharged my account.
I am now even and feel better that HM did not get screwed.

For what it's worth, ran 50 rounds of 9mm through a Hi-Point carbine with no problems.
