    Lone wolf glock slide

Anyone use one of these? I'm considering for the forward slide cuts but would like to hear from anyone with experience. Please respond with knowledge from real experience, not just opinions. Thanks

I've got the Glock 20 sf long slide set up. Couldn't be happier Slide worked perfectly since day one cycled everything from 135 HD low recoil rounds and all of the Underwood manufactured ammo from 135 grain to 220 grain .

I had one on a G19 a few years ago. Back then they were hit or miss on reliability, and I lucked out with a hit as mine ran great.

Dunno how their QC is these days, but from what I've read lately they're still hit or miss on reliability.

I bought a G19 frame a few years ago and built it using a LoneWolf slide. This was for my daughter who was 14.

(She just turned 18 and I just did the transfer for her)

Finish on my LoneWolf slide was typically bad and I did some polishing on a surface plate and 1000 grit/oil. Prices have changed as well.

I also have a G20 LongSlide using LoneWolf. Runs perfect. Still had to do some work on the finish.....

On my G20 longslide there were some edges that felt like they just lifted yhe piece right from the mill - SHARP! Had to work on smoothing out them with stones.

I am not a big believer on aftermarket parts on my glock or any hands i own, except the sights. that is when they start malfunctioning and a waste of money. but that is just me and my opinion.

I purchased one for a 19. I had them mill out for an Trijicon RMR and cut the front sight dovetail to the front of the RMR.
I fitted a Barstow match to it and was impressed at how tight the breech face fit to the face of the barrel. Required just a few passes of a file to fit the front of the hood to the slide.

I would purchase another without hesitation as I saw no issue with a lack of offering a finished product.

I like the forward reliefs for grasping the slide.
