    Randall 1911's

Anyone have any info on these? I received a full size and commander both brand new in box. I don't see many NIB for sale except on gunbroker where pricing is 2500-5500.00. Can anyone give me any info on them?

They were well made 1911's. Known for true left handed 1911's also.

        Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

OP, you should take a look at the prices that Randalls are bringing and then profusely thank the person that gave them to you! They are good shooters; I had one while I was still in the Navy in the mid 80's and am very sorry that I sold it.
I'm retired. That's right, retired. I don't want to hear about the cop who stopped you today or how you didn't think you should get a ticket. That just makes me grumpy!

I have three; two lefties and one right-handed model. As you may know by now they were made in the approximate period 1980-83. They are reasonably collectible. Here is one of my left-handed models.

Any issues with hard use and the guns? I heard these early stainless models are softer steel.
