I have bought used guns unseen, unseen in person, numerous times. If there are enough "good" photos available ahead of time - no big deal IMHO. Would I do it with no photos available and only a text description - no, not likely.

Big risk. I've seen you have that option with them but I won't do it no way really I'd buy a gun with no pictures and it could have mechanical issues. It will probably work out but you never know.

If the price is right, I would buy a M36 without looking at it. Unless it was attacked with a hammer, there is really nothing that can go wrong with one that can't be fixed.

I have bought 6 guns un seen and all are 100% as advertised. I have sold four the same way and all buyers had nothing but praise.

I bought a used gun. Saw a few pics but seller is hundreds of miles away. Gun functioned and preformed as advertised.

Overall condition is real nice and the lock-up is tight. Real light burn marks in front of the cylinders makes me think it was not fired much at all. Any marks on the bluing is either from my fingertips or the silicone cloth - the finish is cherry!

                Scored! Very nice!

Great looking 36. I recently acquired one myself. Yours is easily as nice as mine if not nicer. I also was impressed with the lock up at full cock. No movement at all with the cylinder.
                  Good score for you......

Bought my first Kimber Custom II from a fellow Calgunner, gun unseen except what was described. Turned out to be one of the BEST purchase I've ever done.
