CZ Custom.... customizes

Today might be the only day I've read calguns and not been bummed by the roster.

I purchased an on-roster SP-01, and asked CZ Custom to make a few changes. Seven weeks later, Stuart sent me a photo of my SP-01...now customized.



Can't wait to take it out to the range!

I highly recommend CZ Custom. This is the second firearm I've had them modify and I haven't been disappointed yet.

I modified the frame on mine.

From what i understand typically the frame is modified, the TS barrel peanut also requires modification to fit into the 75 frame.

I have a few good threads on the subject, let me see if i can find them.

I modified the slide on mine. I can use it on any 75 frame and it will still work on a tac sport frame.

Thank you guys. I have a TS .40 in jail and I liked it with it's own frame, but of course part of the fun with CZ is being able to swap slides/frames around to suit your needs. Didn't know a TS could be swapped too - always thought the TS slide/frame had different dimensions than other CZ pistols.

Tok, not a huge deal if you can't find the info as it's more out of curiosity but if you do that'd be awesome.

So does that mean I could buy a CZ 75 SP01 chambered in 9mm, and then buy the slide from a CZ 75 SP01 Tactical chambered in 40 cal, and make it into a gun that shoots both calibers?

Yes, sometimes minor fitting may be required. Finding the SP-01 40 slide would be the challenge i think.
