              It very much resembles the Oshatz CZ. Differences are the 1911 style bushing, adjustable rear sight, black front sight, polished slide stop, extended mag release and Shadow safety, 85C DA/SA trigger:

                      Yes, the Oschatz has a 6" slide instead of the TS 5.4" slide.

                          CZ Custom does great work. Stuart is w/o question one of the most talented, if not THE most talented CZ gunsmith in the USA.
