    Browning Hi Power for $799

Turners has Browning Hi Power MkIII on sale for $799, I checked it at store today and was not really impressed.

Trigger is horrible and also the ergonomics didn't feel great.

    Am I missing something?

    thanks

    It's not for you.

    Kinda simple.

I fondled one at Reeds just yesterday and while the trigger could use a bit of smoothing I found it pretty good as it. It's going to be my next purchase, I want a new one to snuggle with my BHP I bought years ago.

    Great price btw.

Get it for a collectors piece. It will probably go up in value

they need to break in a bit you can preload the hammer a bit with some thumb pressure and dry fire it 100 times

maybe you are feeling the magazine safety though

Yes, the trigger will smooth out with some rounds through. Maybe find a rental, it should give a good indication on where a BHP will be at eventually.
The ergonomics is what it is, maybe a CZ is more to your liking.

                Good price and very tempting.

You will no doubt be better off getting a Glock.

Personally, I love my C series Hipower.

Ya gotta lose that damn magazine disconnect.
That improves the trigger right off the bat
