    Need CZ grip advice

So now that I have the first trifecta of CZ pistols (P-01, SP-01, 97B) I plan to get, I'm looking to replace the grips, and wondering what all the other CZ owners feel is the nicest and most comfortable. I've looked at the aluminum grip tape grips from CZCustoms, which I'd love to get but they seem to be mostly out of stock. Also looked at some of the VZ and Hogue offerings, and found some black pearl grips on eBay and Amazon which look nice, but who knows what they feel like.

I know comfort is subjective to an extent, just looking for opinions from anybody who has any of the above grips.

I only buy alumiunm grips for my CZs. They are thin, feel super nice, and look so freaking cool with it. Also with them, you have choices in color and texture.

My favorites are the Nill grips. Super comfortable if you have big hands!

The thin aluminum are nice but I needed to add more grip tape to the back portion. When you replace the grips on your sp-01 send me a pm, I will probably want to buy the rubber ones

I have VZ and the CZ rubber grips, like the rubber ones better.

The rubber grips are just about perfect, for carry though the aluminum with grip tape are nice since they don't catch the shirt and make it ride up or print.

I Agree with the votes for the Rubber grips, extended Nill's second, VZ, the OEM plastic third and flat aluminum just look good.

This is how they came in original grips. Again this is my opinion only.

I like rubber hogue grips on my cz! Cheap but effective.

I prefer VZ grips on mine. Picked up the Diamondbacks, they were a little too aggressive for me so I just gave them a light sanding and now they're perfect. Can't speak to the hogue or the aluminum grips.

I replaced the plastic grips with the Hogue finger grips on my 75B and 75 SA. I kept the rubber grips that came on the SP-01 and the P01.

                      Been considering trying these out:

Can't tell by the picture if the texture would be too aggressive. The reviews are good though. I may "pull the trigger" and try them out.

So it sounds like the slim aluminum grips are more for aesthetics and not so good for comfort/handling?

OP mine are "Tactical Diamonds" about the same texture as the CZ rubber and plastic.
You are right the Aluminum are nice but flat, that is why the rubber CZ originals feel so good they are rounded and with a palm swell to match the hand very closely.

I tried a few different G10 grips on my CZ's.. but if you notice, both the rubber and the plastic factory grips have that small thumb rest at the top of the grip, that is part of the ergonomic feel for me... so I always went back to the factory rubber SP-01 type grip for that reason.

I put these rubber ones on my 97B and really like them. Very grippy and more comfortable than the wood ones that came with it.
