    CZ disease...

went to target masters today after having lunch around there. i know they were out of SP01, but figured i'll check out what others they have.

never was a fan of the CZ75B cuz the way it looks reminds me very much of my SA1911 loaded. after a while.. the look grew on me.

picked it up in my hands and the SA trigger felt gritty, no biggie... the grip felt so much better than the TS felt in my hand (probably due to TS's big frame). look at the sights and its the same as my P01, which don't really like. price was ok at $620...

then found out it's a .40 instead of the 9mm i was looking for. put it down and walked out...

see.. there's a cure for CZ afterall...... trying to lie and brainwash myself while adding the 75B SA - 9mm to my wishlist.

There is apparently a CZ contagion circulating CG recently. One must remain cautious.

I have just become afflicted with it after shooting that 75 SA .40 at target masters, I opted for the rarer 97B however, and after 250 rounds through it, I'm in full blown stage 3 cz-itis. I see more of those fantastic czech guns in my future. The trigger will smooth out, there is noticeable difference in the trigger on mine after 100 rounds, the action got real slick as well. A well made firearm for sure.

Apparently, it's activated by shooting them. Ask me how I know? I'm a beretta guy who took a big gulp of the Cz kool aid. And I got it baaaad.

pdoggeth: nah.. i shoot mainly 9mm and 22lr. no need to introduce a 40 into my lineup. plus never really been a fan of 40 either.

glock7: lol.. i was wondering when you would check in here.

I went there also looking for a second SP-01 so I can play with modifications, their stock was what you have mentioned.
Drove to Reeds and same dilema they have the P-01, but they also had CZ TS's in both nine mm and 40 s&w, they have been there for a while to my surprise, so I took the 9mm off their hands. It was less money than the one I already own, blows my bubble as far as modifications, I will keep the new one "stock" and maybe play with the sights on the other one.
My medicine is going to work for a few days until I pick it up, you might be sick tomorrow again and will have to looking for the SP-01 you want,
