i believe my tanfoglio is hard chromed and it seems very durable.

That's what I was looking for. Similar to the Tanfoglio. These are really nice guns. I was thinking of putting the CZ brass grips on or may be the nill woods

Toughest and most advanced ive used so far is Black Ice Coatings. Slick and the most durable coating I have come across although there are plenty of amazing coatings out there that are fantastic as well
