Yes, the full length rail version is legal. There's the Springfield TRP Operator with the full rail or the Springfield Loaded MC Operator with the full rail. They no longer make them in the full length rails anymore though so if you find one for sale, you're gonna have to pay some big bucks for them as the demand for those things have grown. The new versions of both don't come with the full rails anymore.
