Looking for a CZ 75 sp-01 or Walther PPQ

Hi everyone!

I live in San Gabriel and there's not that many Gun Shops near me. I was looking at the CZ 75 sp-01 that is on the roster + the Walther PPQ that's off the roster. Does anyone know where I can possibly get a hold of any on these guns. By the way if I buy a gun with 10+ rd mags, can I just get 10rd mags aside and still buy that gun to make it legal?

The on roster CZ is pretty tough to find. The PPQ will have to be a private party transfer (PPT) since the average citizens ability to get them new is gone and you don't seem to be knowledgeable enough to be in the exempt class.

Check the Marketplace here for used ones.

You can't buy, sell, give-away, +10 mags either. They most likely will have already been blocked down to 10.

You won't find the PPQ locally. The only way is to get one is to frequent the classified section in this forum, and also classified sites such as armslist.com and gunbroker.com. Gun owner must live in California and be able to meet you in person or be willing to ship (very unlikely). Good luck.

... of course, those are very different guns. If you were to shoot them side by side, pretty sure you'd prefer one over the other.

Member Baboosh here on Calguns has SP-01 for $750 OTD I believe. look him up.

I have both... They're completely different guns. You'll probably have a harder time finding the PPQ.

I'd keep checking the marketplace.

Yea, if you're in SGV just go to Jamie and get your SP01.

There are several PPQ M2 4" and 5" listed in the marketplace here - $1000 and up seems to be the price people are asking and they are likely selling for $900+
