Citadel 1911 .45 acp High Viz Sights and Install?

I have a citadel 1911. I dont like the stock iron sights on it.
Does anybody make better sights for this gun and if so how hard is it to install them?

There are all kinds of sights made for the 1911.

This gun is made by Armscor and they use a non standard cut.

You can look for sights made for the Armscor 1911 or buy any sight you want and have the slide recut.
