First 80% Build

I don't want etching, unfortunately. I looked at that above and it looks great, but not for me. Unless that's somehow deeper than it looks?

+1 on vaderspade. I've had him do a bunch for me . he does great work and has a fast turn around time. It Has to be before any work is done to the 80% first thou.

I did search, though I openly will allow ya'll to slap the crap outta me if I missed it:

How do ya'll go about engraving or serializing your lowers? I know you don't have to legally, but I intend to.

Is there a simple roll press or something that can stamp into 7075 aluminum, or are ya'll talking it to the mall before you mill it out, or what?

I have an electric engraver, there's no way I could do it and have it look clean.

I intend on it being clean and proper.

Proper?! If you do inside the mag well or the FC group what's it matter how it looks? It is there to identify it in case it is stolen or if you transfer (sell) it. This way the outside of my receiver is just black and clean.

Tanner's in San Jose does a good job. He did one of my gun buddie's and also another calgunner.
