Not really. The USPc 45 magazines are expensive but the other caliber magazines aren't.

Yes, only the 45's have the steel bodies; the others are all polymer.

Great weapon. I have had mine for several years and about 2,500 rounds. My HK .45C is my preferred weapon and carry it daily. I also love my Sig 226. Both weapons are superb overall. SUGGESTION: I recommend that you go ahead and purchase the spring/parts replacement kit before you need it. The kit is reasonably priced right now, but it will go up and up. I have such kits for all my firearms after having a couple of failures occur an very inconvenient times.

Forgot to mention, this probably won't be your last either. They tend to multiply. Soon you'll start researching legacy pistols too, and it'll be all downhill from there. BTW, if you want a quick start to the legacy pistol search, there's a great condition p9s in the marketplace for a semi reasonable (considering the Ca VAT) price. Have fun!!

I have a USPc in 9mm with stainless slide---wonderful pistol---I don't find the grip to be that huge---I also have a spured hammer laying around for it---probably will change it out soon along with larger magazine release that I have as well. Super reliable...

Do the white letters come stock or is that painted on ?. On the HK website the guns are all black.

                    Those are painted/crayoned on.

I suggest to the OP - remove the white stuff, bring it back to black like a proper HK should be.

                    Congrats again, enjoy

I agree. Color fill looks airsoft.

My first .40 was an H&K USP with full cap mags. Sweet accurate shooter. To this day many years later after mag cap restrictions and Roster requirements, I regret selling it and wish I had it back. Enjoy. And never, ever sell it. Though I am a Sig guy now, H&K make great guns and give nothing up to Sig at all.
