    Agency Arms G19G3

    Hey Guys,

just wanted to post and share some info on a new company I recently stumbled upon called Agency Arms. So just a quick little back drop on how I found the company, I bought a Salient Arms minimalist magwell and it had all kinds of issues. Fitment wasn't right the first time, the finish on it was scratched up so I TRIED calling them up but for those that have dealt with SAI know how difficult it can be to get someone on the phone. Well 6 months after my original purchase they FINALLY agreed to refund me (by the way I'm still waiting for my refund check...)

Anyways I'm back in the market for a magwell and I stumbled upon Agency Arms. The company is located in CA and is owned by LEO/Veterans. I like to do my best and support companies that are local and Veteran/LEO owned, even if it means I pay a little more.

I also checked out a few of their previous builds and looking at some of the modifications they do, I knew this company was more about function than looks.

So after a few calls to the "Commissioner" we got the details on the build down and the best part the PRICE. The full build only cost me 1400. So I sent my Glock in and I'm getting updates around the clock from the Commissioner and he's sent me a few photos and it should be here shortly!

I decided to go with their Field Battle for my 19, but I think for my 17, which I plan on sending in, it will be an Urban Combat or a Hybrid Special.

How much did everything cost you? Looks really nice eventhough it looks like the slide cuts are mainly cosmetic.

I've been eyeing them as well lately, I really like what I've been seeing from them. I've got two Salients (it's easy to compare the two companies). I haven't had any problems with my Salients, if I did I would consider sending one of my Glocks into them.

Jeremy Williams aka Gun craft has really been advertising for them lately.

I've been eyeing the PWS people, which leads me to ask if these convert the Glock from DA+ to a straight up SA like the PWS slide. Only thing holding me back on the PWS is its kinda overpriced for what you get($550 slide only). And the front serrations are stragiht instead of at angled.

I take it that the $1400 doesn't include the gun or the optic?

no they only work on customer supplied handguns. Also all guns come with the standard Battle Plate for those who don't have the RMR.

              got this off their facebook

The slide cuts are weight reduction cuts to help the gun track faster.

I don't like to bash companies in public, but I will say this. I am STILL waiting for my refund after 6 months. That is not how you should treat a customer...

I wasn't sure how to answer that. Im a noob so I messaged them and asked them and here is the answer that I got:

We leave the mechanics of a Glock in tact. Meaning a Glock will always be DA and for more info on our trigger system please reference our videos on youtube.

Hmm, I think I would be better off putting $1400 towards the cost of a CZ75 SP01 Shadow or something similar ...

The PWS slide basically helps with the trigger pull by moving the striker sear forward, the frame doesn't change at all and it eliminates some pre-travel and gives the user a crisp break wihtout any trigger modification. I would like to see some real world performance, especially when combined with a 3.5LBS connector and a smoother trigger.

Sorry to hear that. I could be because they are just finalizing their move to Nevada, however that's still no excuse as to why they haven't refunded you yet.

                          I have one incoming.

PM me your email and I'll add you to my performance test list.

Will be shooting it against a stock G19, a Tuned CZ, maybe a VP9, Sig P320, whatever

They're all over IG. Haven't heard any negative things about them. Looks good OP.

Sent, btw did you ever talked to them? Do they do custom cuts like RMR and angled instead of straight front serrations?
