Titanium slide and fame. I would assume forged as I don't think anyone is casting ti for this kind of application.

To all those complaining about the roster , i think this guy hit the nail on the head. With the SSE single shot break action movement , you should be able to "buy the frame" and get a slide for it "later"

I think .. but then again im not a lawyer

Looks like that was taken today at the NRA convention in Nashville - Armscor booth #939? Armscor has many interesting projects up their corporate sleeve.

Well there's a lot of 1911 stuff coming out this year, I just hope us CA natives can get something.

SVI came out with a titanium 1911 years ago and it can be had in California, if you have the cash.

If I want big bore punishment, I'll just break out my Alaskan and shoot some full house loads. A Titanium 1911 would just beat hell out of you. I'll stick with my all steel versions, thanks.

RIA/Armscor, this is already been spilled.

I'm looking forward to it and who knows, maybe Ruger might beat them to market!

Here is a gun with the same sight system but different material:

this particular sight system is called "Tiki".

                          Ugly? Maybe.

However, for carrying, this sight won't get caught by clothing.

and whats the point of the night sights on the edges?

                              to curve your bullets?
