    Sig p220 Combat Ca model

Can someone tell me what the difference is between the p220 combat and the p220 combat Ca compliant model?

The CA compliant model probably has a loaded chamber indicator and a magazine disconnect.

I don't think there is a specific "CA Compliant P220 Combat". I think it's like animossity said, the non-threaded version is California legal and so is listed on the "CA Compliant" page on the Sig website. The P220 Combats have been on the roster for quite a while and Sig just renews them (so the roster just lists the non-threaded version: P220R Combat (Dark Earth) / Stainless Steel, Alloy).

Is there a CA compliant 220 with thumb safety?

Nice, ever fire one next to a 1911? How does the recoil compare?

no loaded chamber indicator or mag disconnect on the P220 Combat. maybe why its so sought after. I got mine this year and its very quickly becoming my favorite gun. If you find one...GET IT!!!!

I had one of these a few years ago. Shot well, about a five pound trigger, but I did not like the fact that the safety did not lock the slide in place.

I had a 220 Carry SAO and sold it. I have regretted selling since the day after. Have owned Kimber and SA 1911's and G30sf. The 220 was the best shooter for me both for accuracy, trigger, and ergo's of any of the aforementioned .45's. The others were good, the 220 was GREAT IMHO.

Don't second guess It I went through the same thing. I called Sig to verify and they told me all P220 models are grandfathered in, even if they have the CA in the SKU they do NOT have the LCI or Mag Disconnect.

I just ordered one and am going to pick it up next week, there are no CA features on it. Get one while you can!

I just picked it up the other day. Here's a picture if you're still unsure.

The combat doesn't have an LCI and is on the CA roster. And to my knowledge, Sig doesn't have a CA LCI version combat.
