But that's a good way to actually keep the ejected round. Just modifying the way he holds the slide with the right hand will let him eject the round directly into his hand. Some right handers will do this too, but roll the gun to the right, grasp slide with left hand while also covering the ejection port and then eject the round into the left hand.
