SCOTUS ruled on a case last year which makes this scenario illegal.

Regardless whether the actual buyer could have purchased the gun, a person who buys a gun on someone else"s behalf while falsely claiming that it is for himself makes a material misrepresentation pun…

I wish glock would just modernize the grips on their pistols. They can leave the blocky slide for all I care, just give us a grip similar to VP9 or PPQ, then they would have perfection.

"Fits every lifestyle" I think this implies that the ss9 can be carried easily no matter what attire you wear.

This is not about the state. This is a Federal issue. SCOTUS has already ruled on the issue of answering question #1 on the 4473.

The poster's public declaration that he is having a friend buy a gun for him, in a different state, runs afoul with the law. This is a felony.

The fate of the wounded rest in the hands of the ones who apply the first dressing.

Instead, they totally blew it. The Glock 42, while nice enough, has got to be one of the biggest marketing blunders since New Coke. When everybody else is coming up with 9mm guns in that size range, and their fans had been begging for a single stack 9mm for years, they come out with a .380 ACP. Seriously? Is that really the best they could do? I have my Glocks, and I like them. I especially like them because I have a bunch of regular capacity magazines from college for them. But I have also been replacing them in my shooting rotation with S&W products. Mostly because S&W makes products that I want. Like the Shield.

^^^ +1! Talk about missing the boat, they could have sold MANY of these if they came out 2 years ago.....

It will be. In .380. Because it's Glock.
