I don't think either is a problem as long as it's smooth and not extremely heavy. I practice my DA pulls to strengthen my trigger finger and my S&W performance center revolvers and CGW CZ97B have smooth DA pulls so I love shooting them in DA and I shoot them almost as accurate as SA getting 2 inch groups at 7 yards. However, the DA pull on my Sig, HK are not so great but I can still hit what I'm aiming at within 4-5 inches at 7 yards in DA. Because of the comparison, i think the grittiness and lack of smoothness is the result of pulling my shots. SA in any gun is too easy but DA in any gun is a completely different story if it's heavy and not smooth.

I have a Ruger SP101 .22 revolver and that DA is super heavy but smooth. However my accuracy is terrible in DA because it feels like it has a 14lb DA pull. It is definitely the heaviest DA of all my other DA pistols and just pulls my shots after it breaks.

I think smoothness is much more important, also, just say no to overtravel.

While Glock in stock form is workable, I feel like there's tons of overtravel.

A Glock with a Glocktrigger.com trigger doesn't substantially change the weight but makes the trigger much smoother and also moves the breakpoint back a bit which reduces the overtravel. It's pricy and probably doesn't matter a whole lot but it's a really enjoyable trigger.
