    A surprising ending. I guess LAX just figured it was cheaper to replace than the potential liability and/or bad press.

          I had a squib from round of 45 acp FMJ Winchester white box a couple of years ago. That surprized the heck out of me. I think it could potentially happen with any ammo. The key is to be alert to the possibility, and not make the day even worse with a follow-up shot if a squib occurs.
