I had a P9 and a couple CZ's. The P9 is made from EAA forgings and finish machined by Springfield, but they resemble Tanfoglio's a great deal. They have the same crappy trigger as CZ's, with the undercut sear hook. You can get an incredible trigger if you put a single action trigger and hammer on it.

I don't know why they did this, but the magazines do not interchange with CZ's. Maybe they wanted to make more money selling mags, but they would have been better off making them the same and then selling mags to CZ owners.

I wish I could give you a range report OP, but I haven't had time or opportunity to take mine out of the Safe.

Mine is an EAA Witness Elite Limited in .45ACP. Like others it was my last dance and I originally wanted the 10MM version but they were out of stock...

However, you can buy a new upper in other calibers if desired. One of the great things about this platform. The trigger is amazing and the quality is outstanding.

Even the Case is incredible...
