It's legal... for now. I just received a Airforce Condor SS and there was no issue with ordering.

I have some Co2/ multipumps that are loud and I want to be a good neighbor, has there officially been a ruling on this?

I'm contemplating building something that would only mount to a specific airgun muzzle via set screw, therefore being not possible to mount to an actual firearm without manufacturing a completely new device in addition with baffles made of material that would not withstand actual firearms pressures something like aluminum sheet metal.

I believe they're allowed on airguns as long as they're an integral part of the barrel and you cannot remove the suppressor and put it on another gun.

And it matches what the BATFE also says on the matter.
^If it is detachable (not permanetly attached) then it's a Title 2 Silencer, even if it's design for use on airguns.
