I asked ACSO about rolling FBI ink cards for my FL renewal when I did my lives scan at their San Leandro facility for my CA permit. They will do them but I do not recall what the cost is. Call 510-667-3644 and ask for Tom Liu to schedule.

Be clear when calling you want FBI ink cards rolled, not live scan. Also, I would recommend to bring the cards you receive from your FL application packet (they should have mailed you two) as they should already have the information partially completed for you. Keep your receipt from ACSO as sometimes the cards are rejected and need to be redone. FL will advise you once received and processed if you're good or they need to be redone. They will only ask you to redo one time max.
