Heard back from their customer support after I sent a video showing how easily the safety is acted upon by the holster ...

"It looks like that is a common occurrence with that particular firearm. This can happen with a wide range of different holsters due to the location of the safety. I apologize for this inconvenience."

I wish they offered a military discount. At least on shipping.

Check their website. They have a pretty darn good explanation as to why they don't offer a military discount. I agree with it fully.

They can't change the design of the gun that is having the same problem with other brands of holsters. What do you think they should do?

Well I would hope that they either stop selling a holster for that model or at least have an advisory notice when someone purchases it.

I agree that maybe their should be a warning but if I'm understanding the intent (big IF) of what they are saying they are trying to point out that any similar holster for that model pistol will result with the same problem.

I wish I knew more about the gun having problems but I don't.
