Alien Gear Cloak Tuck 3.0 IWB Holster

Got one for Browning Hi Power.

After about 2 hours of wearing I noticed the safety was off. Sure enough the gun wiggles about enough that the safety is flipped off.

I swapped out the spacers for the smallest ones and tightened the screws really tight. Gun still wobbles a bit but so far no problems with the safety.

Got me worried but that thing is remarkably comfortable!

I love mine. Got em for the a Shield, a g23 and an XD. I've never had and issue with my safety being disengaged on my Shield or XD. I found the retention to be excellent. I forget I even have anything on my hip.

The 2.0 and my shield are in love and never move around... I agree with loctite recommendation.

I got one for my kimber pro carry. I tighten the screws down some. But will put some lock tight on it when I get a chance.

OP, Customer Service at Alien Gear is first rate. Give them a call or send them an e-mail and let them know about the problem. It might be a rare case of a poor shell. See if they will send you the new shell pending your return of the old shell. They usually want the old shell first, but ask you have nothing to lose.

Don't accept the risk that your safety will come off. If you were in a fight for your life being thrown around, you don't want the safety off without it being your decision.

                Stay safe.

                            Love my Alien Gear!

I have 2 IWB and 1 OWB AG holsters, I have them at 3'oclock as well. And just like everyone else...the screws! Dammit the screws!!! I check them every once and awhile it's fine. As was already stated, they work loose after a day or two, no big deal, just a couple of turns with the supplied allen and your good.

I wish they offered a military discount. At least on shipping.
