Nope. Not true. Well, technically a CA LTC isn't recognized through reciprocity agreements, but it is recognized by some states. In fact, last time I checked it was honored in 21 states:



If you don't count AK, AZ, and I think NH because constitutional carry negates the need for a license, that still leaves 18 states that recognize CA's LTC unilaterally. Of course, for GFSZ exemption you'd need to have a nonresident CCW.

Looks like the map indicates VT, not NH. I dunno which one honors and which doesn't--moot to me since I'll never go there.
