      Yeah, done deal in SB county here Jake. It was just a slight misunderstanding on the locations. Since La Habra in in OC it would be much easier for the OP to get one there... much easier in that he would get one there and he won't get one in Hacienda Heights and as things stand it's pretty much as simple as that. Of course there's the whole moving the family thing... but on he knows what the possibility of that is.

                    San Bernardino is shall issue. Had been for decades. Current sheriff plainly states he has no reason to change that. They run civilian ccw courses just about every week at their Glen Helen facility. They have a 20 person ccw unit dedicated to process applications in a timely manner. They do conduct address verifications to make sure you do live in the county.
