When I picked mine up the admin wouldn't really give much feedback on the possibility that a new Sheriff might not grant renewals, but they did say they've seen policy change regarding new permits.

For those who have been lucky enough to hold SoCo permits for some time, and through different Sheriffs in office, have any of you had any issues renewing or been denied a renewal due to change in the Sheriff? I got a message on Nextdoor from someone who says Engrams is in fact our pro-ccw option and that he'll be speaking at their local NRA

Still I am worried the anti Essick crowd will not support him.

However perhaps their vote will be split among Edmunds and Tennenbaum.
