Number ten on the Merc-News list happens to be a Smith Booster who has extensive ties to both the Sheriff's Advisory Board and the Santa Clara County Public Safety Alliance.

I have brought this to Jennifer Wadsworth's attention repeatedly and she has zero interest.

It seems odd that he holds a coveted permit. It has been made public and he has no qualms with speaking to reporters about how wrong any kind of quid pro quo would be(for anybody else).

The idiot press either can't seem to make the connection from their OWN freakin' articles or they know and choose not to point out this blatant hypocrisy.
    Thanks for the clarification.

Some details in the video (the transcript document isn't part of the article).

Today still the day or were things COVID-Interuptus?

Later: not seeing anything on the local news outlets online, they're all rather DC distracted of course.

Wow, bad typing day for me- sorry. Meant to write; "Isn't arraignment fairly pedestrian"? I mean they don't typically get into the meat of things- mostly a procedural 15 minutes.

If the plea is guilty, I’d guess that means a “plea bargain” (deal) was likely made. If so, what did Sung give in exchange (usually for reduced charges)?
