I have brought this to Jennifer Wadsworth's attention repeatedly and she has zero interest.

It seems odd that he holds a coveted permit. It has been made public and he has no qualms with speaking to reporters about how wrong any kind of quid pro quo would be(for anybody else).

Isn't arraignment failure pedestrian? Charges read, plea entered, got a lawyer- that's about it, no?

If the plea is guilty, I’d guess that means a “plea bargain” (deal) was likely made. If so, what did Sung give in exchange (usually for reduced charges)?
