I just noticed on the Permitium page for my application that the Interview completed portion of the form is blank. Is this the same for anyone else from the April 12th appointments?

Mine is the same but on the 15th.

There is a user interface on the sheriffs side of Permitium. It requires follow up as the step by step proceeds-
Not being used by staff,
More applications than staff can handle -- or 'slow walk' is the process being followed.

I went through training with ASP Firearm Training and they were very efficient, accommodating, and answered all of our questions. They also offer the best prices amongst all the vendors.

Unfortunately I do not. I would still recommend Saber overall for their quality information and straight forward fire qual with good advice and tips

Plus, you get to login with the same credentials and review through the course after the class is completed at any time for 2 years. If something new gets changed, the course will likely have the updated information available.

thanks for the update! my livescan completed the last step (firearms) 6/7 and has been crickets since. hopefully it starts ramping up agian when the person is back!

Yes. The stack of applications was moved from one side of the desk to the other and then they ran out of the budgeted time for CCW processing. I could be wrong though.

EDIT: In all seriousness, I really hope they have more than one person working on this moving forward.

I received word from another individual who completed his psych eval and follow up interview May 18/19 that he got an email to proceed with Livescan at 5PM today. Looks like they?re starting up again, but slowly catching up with everything backlogged.

His application interview was 4/12.

I?d recommend do your Livescan ASAP first, then wait for Training email.

According to my Livescan operator, he said that sending livescans for CCWs are delayed and taking a while to submit. It may be delayed up to 2 months for the county to receive it.
