side notes: jen valdez is awesome - friendly and efficient. imo we're fortunate to have her processing our permits. coco county, alameda, sf ppl are screwed still.
That is great to hear. Besides changing the firearms on your permit or a home address, what are other changes that require permit modification? I can't find anything called out on the county page.

    1. 400 County Center, 3rd floor. Secure facility with metal detector and x-ray. Leave as much in the car as you can. There is a multi-story structure along with limited street parking. The structure takes credit cards.

    2. Please don't call or email Jennifer. She is working through 1,000 (you read that correctly) permits and said that emails and phone calls delay everyone. If you really need to know, go back to your trainer and they can batch requests.

    3. The entire SO is really behind this, so don't go with the "justice delayed is justice denied" thing. They really are doing they best they can without any increase in personnel or budget for getting permits out the door.

That sounds more promising. Hope everything works out. Good luck!

Yeah figured it out thanks guys. Just make sure to arrive early and feed the parking meter properly as it may take longer than expected.

Yeah, not "County Road" it is "County Center." As previously mentioned, 3rd floor, look for sign that says "investigations" and ask for Jennifer at the window.

Or maybe I'm just being too optimistic.

The SO will make an appointment for that after you email in your certificate showing you passed the firearms qualification.
