California seems to misunderstand what the recent SCOTUS ruling actually meant, evidenced by this taken from the email above:

Are you serious? That is bull**** , federal overrides state any day of the week, FPC, NRA, or CRPA better do something and they better do it quick as this county really thinks it's above the supreme court and it's showing

They say ......" In fact, we are in the process of interviewing several applicants."........ but does anyone know of anybody actually being interviewed?

I have a question for clarification on the number of applications ACSO has to review: If only half here applied twice, then the actual number they have to review may be 400 or ??

And "several applicants" is a pretty meager number being that they have had almost six weeks to accomplish that.

Once it is passed, basically you can only use your CCW to carry at home.

The SCOTUS was aware of that and put some protections in the ruling. The attorney below goes over all the anti-2A games they are playing and they will lose. 2A rights for an individual is an unqualified right.
