DMV printout will list all moving violations tied to your DL#. If it shows up on your printout, you should make sure it's on the application.
Disclaimer: For all you know, I am just some dude on the internet. The advice I give is worth what you have paid for it!

"As posted elsewhere in this thread, you can go to the DMV's web site, or to an office, and request a print out of your violations at a nominal charge."

TIP = Go to the DMV for this print out. For some crazy-unknown-bureaucratic-bs-it-doesnt-make-any-sense reason the online version is not as detailed as the in person version. Found this out first hand.

Yes, that is true. I was in a hit-and-run and a cop decided I made it up and he invented an absolutely absurd story so he could fault me for it. I was not convicted or cited for anything, my online report does not show it, and yet I saw the in-person report on the officers' desk when I interviewed and it said "at fault."

I've had two speeding tickets in the past 5 years and yet my DMV record request I did online shows a spotless record. So the best I could do was just write a vague description of each ticket. It apparently was enough to not be rejected right away.

Also, if you want a copy of your DOJ records, you have to download and fill out the form, then take it to a LIVESCAN fingerprint service, who will charge you $25 (state fee) for the DOJ record which will be mailed to you, PLUS another $20 +/- for the fingerprint scanning service, depending on where you go.

              Download the form here:
Access to criminal history summary records maintained by the DOJ is restricted by law to legitimate law enforcement purposes and authorized applicant agencies. However, individuals have the right to request a copy of their own criminal history record from the Department to review for accuracy and completeness. Requests from third parties are not authorized and will not be processed. Note: Criminal history records requested for an individual’s own review cannot be used for Visa/Immigration or any foreign nation transactions.

Is it still $2 online to view it?

Not reported to insurance. DMV absolutely still keeps a record.

I would still list it, to be transparent, and if they ask you can explain you went to traffic school etc.

                        Exactly this.

I had two speeding tickets... One which I did traffic school for.
Needless to say I put down both just in case they don't try to accuse me of lying or something. You don't want to give them any ammunition to deny your application.

Exactly my thinking. Rather tell them straight out than have you not list then have them say "well.... we have on your record a ticket for ______"

list EVERYTHING. They all ready know it, just want to see what type of person you are to admit it.

I assume no reason to list a tinted windows fix it ticket since it states moving violations only.

                              Mailed my forms off today.

Mailed my forms a couple months back and got my letter a few weeks later.. I was happy to just be on the "bombard them with applications" bandwagon. $10 happily spent

But now it's looking pretty hot
