            Welcome! Nice choice with the GP100. I will be getting a 6inch stainless one hopefully by the end of the year. I have a Rock Island Armory 1911, regular gi model. Its reasonably priced and fun to shoot. Can't go wrong with it if you do go for a full size 1911. For .22lr 1911's, I usually see a couple on display at the Turners in Pasadena.
