Whats the pro's and cons....


the one thing I like of the 80% is it doesnt have to be registered. less paper trail kind of thing....

Unless you have or have access to a machine shop and someone experienced working with AR platforms, You could probably go and get a 80% lower.

Otherwise, for most general people, a stripped lower would be a much easier and better bet for a first build.

Things change quickly around here. If you are able to get to work on an 80%er before the laws change, you probably should. Otherwise, grab a stripped lower or two before long gun registration comes to town. Either way, good luck with it and welcome to the forum : )
