    Rock island M5 problem.

So today I took out my new R.I.A M5 shotgun to fire for the first time but one of the first things i noticed was that it had feeding problems (about 2 pumps for every shell chambered) which was a little annoying. the other problem was that after firing i would notice that this small pin on the bolt was trying to work its way out, which prevented the slide from even being pulled back at all. Once the pin was pushed back in everything was fine except it still had the shell feeding problems. does anybody have any advice? ideas? the pic attached shows the pin on the right that kept pushing its self out.

My thoughts: contact rock island and send it back for warranty work (I heard they were in Vegas...you might even be able to drive it up).

      Hi CJpearce94,
First of all, welcome to Calguns. If you post this in the Shotgun Forum, I'm sure someone can help you out there. Otherwise, Webster has the right idea. Give R.I. a call. Cheers-

Same thing happened to mine. I called RIA and they paid for the shipping return and back. Took abt a month to get it back. All was fine after. Great customer service and no questions asked since they cover lifetime warranty on their shotguns as well! Good luck!
