Hello from San Jose

Hey guys, i've been a member for a couple of months, but haven't really posted any comments untill i finally decided to really get into purchasing firearms. I don't currently own anything right now but I am definitely in the process of wanting to build an AR. i've got a buddy who's going to walk me through the process so i'm not really walking into this thing blindly.

anyway i guess any suggestions or quick pointers would be nice! I look forward in talking to you guys and learning as much i possible can

LOL, good luck and welcome. Let us know how it goes, especially me!!! I too want to build an AR but for now I am going to start off small and get a handgun since i don't have anything yet. SAN JOSE FTW!!!

Yeah I went to buy a couple gun and rifle magazines to read and get informed. I am hoping if I fall asleep on them I be able to wake up one morning order all the parts and just build one, just like that. LOL

WELP guys! I did it! I went down to my local shop (Shout out to Bay Area Gun Vault in Mountain View) was going to ask them to special order a stripped Spike's Tactical Lower, and sure enough they just received a shipment of the exact one I wanted! Ten Day Count down woooooo!! Super stoked, and Thank you guys for the welcoming! and i assure you i will do my research and study as much as i can so i don't become another one of "those guys"
