SoCal guy living in the south. new to the forums. about me, i grew up in the San Fernando Valley, joined the Navy out of high school and have spent last 5 1/2yr living in VA. miss CA except the gun laws and smog checks. def miss In-N-Out and cant find a decent mexican resturant out here to save my life.

I don't know about Jr. High (BTW - they call them Middle Schools now; my daughter reminds me all the time) - I guessing that if he's been in for 5.5 yrs that he's around 23. So I guess the language is right. Heck, I still say "Dude"

actually been in the Navy almost 18 years now, just been in VA for 5.5yrs. when you work around 18, 19, and 20 year olds all day u tend to start talking like them.Comment
