First off I want to thank you for all the reply and info you guys been passing on to me. I'm getting ready to move back to CA soon and I have a 20" Colt Match Target rifle that I'll be changing the lower to a noveske so I can atleast take it with me to CA. Now the question, can I stripped the colt match target lower and take it with me or is it a no go and just sell the lower?
