Hi Everyone,
Really excited to come aboard. I live in the LA area and am a relatively new firearm enthusiast. But I've come to enjoy learning about the mechanical aspects of this hobby- like field stripping a rifle or how to zero an optic. I've taken some classes and have found them to be fun and rewarding!
I hope to learn at least a little from the collective knowledge of this board and the folks in it.

Hello All,
I am new to this site and wanted to introduce myself. I've been involved with guns since my Dad signed me up at a local range when I was 12. I have not been active in about 12 years but have recently retired and looking to renew my hobby.
My brother, who is an active member, suggested Calguns.net to get educated on all of the changes that have happened in California over the last decade.
I have found this site to be very informative and appreciate all the posts and information that I have read since joining.

A friend recently took me to a gun range in Los Angeles and reignited my interest in shooting handguns.
