New member from Ohio (I know)

I used to live in Southern CA; moved out to Ohio about 10 years ago, but still seem to find myself out there every so often.

Welcome from a DB (displaced Buckeye) hiding out for the last 20yrs in NoCA. I've recently become a member of the Buckeye Firearms Association, another great organization.

I've only been to Ohio once, for a few days. A company I worked for sent me there for a seminar. That was about... unhhhh.. 1982 .

I (vaguely) remember a place called "The Dry Dock" that served good drinks.
I remember the people I met in Ohio seemed very nice. In particular one very sweet lady I met at The Dry Dock.

I remember that the humidity sucked....

One of the first jokes I can remember as a very young child was about Ohio. My grandmother was teaching me about geography and the names of the states.
She asked, "What state is round on the ends and high (hi) in the middle?" OHIO! I must have been about 5- 6 years old and it cracked me up....

That's about all I know about Ohio.
