Calguns Layout Changes/Updates

In response to member suggestions and requests over the next couple of days we will be making some changes to the layout of Calguns.net.

We will be adding a few sub forums, moving a few forums, consolidating some forums that should have been in the same category, adding some forums, breaking some multi-topic forums in to separate forums and generally trying to make the forum flow more naturally and give the members things they have asked for.

We looked separating the Marketplace geographically but frankly the questions became where to draw the lines, what really was 'Nor Cal and So Cal' and such.
For this revision we're limiting the Marketplace split to 'Long Guns/Handguns' with locations required in the thread.

That may well change, there are some more changes to make and then we'll handle refinements.
I'd love to find that line but as soon as you pick one you get a lot of people saying but I'm in XXXXXX and we're So Cal!'

There is some weirdness going on, on my phone I see the most recent changes I made but not on my home internet connection.

I suspect that since the database and file server are each multi-server arrangements they are not synced to the changes yet.

I'll chase it down later after the gym.

How about section CA into 4 sections for Market Place. Northern above Napa, Bay area and Sacto, Central Valley & Central Coast, and So CA. Still large areas but it narrows it down some.
